The problem
Teaching, help requests, trainings and giving were spread across channels, and every content change needed technical help. The ministry also serves readers who don't read English first.

The solution
We gave the staff a private desk where they can change every page, notice and story themselves. Help requests and gifts arrive there too, away from the public site.

The delivery
The public site is in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. People can request prayer and pastoral support, browse a teaching library with videos and trainings, and sign up for trips. Giving is one-time or monthly by card, and an incomplete gift can be finished later. There is a newsletter people can join, and the team can send it. Mission Desk is the staff workspace for content, messages, help requests, gifts and the newsletter. Search, share previews and a sitemap help the site get found.
