How we use AI

We use AI tools in some of the systems we build, such as phone booking assistants and chatbots, and in parts of our own work. A few rules apply every time.

You own your data and your customers' data. We set up the services we use so that data isn't used to train their models, and we tell you which tools are involved before we use them.

Assistants say that they're automated and can pass people to a member of staff. A person reviews anything an AI produces before it's used for something important.
