01
The problem
Selling a part, sending stock to an agency and knowing what the warehouse holds were all part of one working day. The people at the counter and the people in the office needed the same products and the same prices.
02
The solution
ECADIF is that system, in French. A person signs in with their role. From there they can sell parts or motos, follow stock as it moves, and open a report for the period they choose.
03
The delivery
A person signs in with their role: sales, cashier, warehouse, director, accountant or stock manager. There is a sales screen for parts and one for motos. The product list shows the buy price, the wholesale price and the retail price in CFA francs. Stock by agency, replenishment history, transfers and orders sit with a client list. The stock control screen shows the value of the stock, the units, and what came in and went out.
The benefit
One stock list
The counter, the warehouse and the office use the same products and prices.
A report for the period
Stock value, units, and what came in and went out are on one screen.
