The problem
Leaders had conviction but no structured place to practise it. Applications, payments, class schedules and materials were spread across forms, chats and documents, which made cohorts hard to run and harder to finish.

The solution
We built the whole path in one product: programme page, application, payment, cohort and certificate. Facilitators run their classes from the same system.

The delivery
The public site has programme pages and an online application. Checkout runs through Paystack, priced in cedis for Ghana and US dollars elsewhere, with payment plans that staff review. Learners move week by week through live classes, recordings, assignments, quizzes and reading, and a leadership self-assessment builds a personal profile. Facilitators take attendance, grade work, post announcements and open each week of the course. Admins handle applications, cohorts, programmes and offline payments. Certificates are PDFs, and there is an alumni area.
