The Creative Branders LTD runs this website. We are the data controller. That means we decide why and how this information is used. We are registered in Ghana with the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC), Ghana.

What we collect

We collect what you choose to send us, and a note of your cookie choice.

• Project brief. Your name, email, WhatsApp or phone, company, country, the service you need, budget range, timeline, and your message.
• Booking. If you book a call with us, we keep the details of that booking.
• Cookies and analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies. That can include technical details such as pages you open on our site, campaign tags on the link you used, device type, and IP address, so we can understand how people find the studio.
• WhatsApp and email. Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver projects, improve the site when you allow analytics, and meet legal obligations.

Legal basis

Depending on the situation, we rely on your consent, on steps taken before a contract, on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact the studio, or on a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Other companies process some of this information for us. We never sell your data.

• Resend. Sends our emails.
• Our hosting provider. Hosts the website.
• Google Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies.
• WhatsApp (Meta). Only when you contact us on WhatsApp.

International transfers

Some of these companies store data outside Ghana. We use providers with appropriate safeguards. Clients in the UK and the EU are handled in line with UK and EU GDPR principles.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months.

Client project records are kept for 6 years for tax and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, object to direct marketing, and withdraw consent. Email hello@thecreativebranders.com. We reply within 30 days.

Complaints

You can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana. Their website is https://www.dataprotection.org.gh/.

Security

Form submissions sit in a private database. Only people who need them for the studio's work can open them, and the emails we send travel over an encrypted connection.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
